All orders within Australia include free shipping.
Original artworks include free Express Post, while smaller paper goods such as zines, stickers and postcards are sent via standard untracked letter post.
Each product listing states the shipping method included with your purchase.
If your order contains both an original artwork and smaller paper goods, everything will be shipped together via Express Post at no additional cost.
Please note that letter post generally takes longer to arrive than parcels. If your order seems significantly delayed, don’t hesitate to get in touch using the contact details below.
International Orders
Original artworks are shipped worldwide at a flat parcel rate of AUD $15.
Smaller paper goods, including zines, stickers and postcards, are sent via standard untracked international letter post.
If your order contains both an original artwork and smaller paper goods, your items will be shipped together as a parcel for the flat international shipping rate of AUD $15.
Please note that international letter post is untracked and can take considerably longer to arrive than parcel deliveries. If your order appears significantly delayed, please feel free to get in touch.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may be charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within one business day of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Tracking details are provided for all parcel shipments. Letter-post items are sent without tracking.
If I’m away camping or off gallivanting somewhere nice, an updated dispatch timeframe will be displayed before checkout.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order becomes available.
The Observers Snail Mail Club
The Observers Snail Mail Club is posted on the 16th of each month.
Orders placed on or before the 15th will receive that month’s edition.
Orders placed on or after the 16th will receive the following month’s edition.
