Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I take great care when packaging orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible with details and photographs of the issue.
I will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.
